About The Event
This gathering is both a transcendental musical event and spiritual discussion. What is Satsang? Sat = Truth, Sang short for Sangha = spiritual community. So our spiritual community gathers together to support and contemplate truth and strengthen faith and trust. We are all in this together and look forward to connecting with you both online and in person.
What to expect? In-person, we gather physically together in the same locale. There is a welcoming song to begin. Something centering and settling. Then we open with a discussion about something pertinent for that days energy either astrologically or simply something that feels right to discuss. Examples of discussion: self-love, adjusting self-talk, forgiveness, tolerance, gratitude, letting go, preparing for new, how to create a personal practice, etc. After a short discussion that all are invited to speak in, then there is a song and/or a guided meditation. Then there is a follow-up discussion on the day’s subject. To close, we share one more song and then there can be chatting and unstructured visiting with your spiritual community.
